Contact the University
The University’s hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. If you call during out-of-hours, you will be transferred to a security officer who will take your details, and then an appropriate member of staff will call you back to offer further assistance.
In the case of an emergency, call 999 (or 9999 from a University phone).
For buildings and estates issues on University property, which are non-emergency, call +44 (0)1334 46 3999 for assistance.
If you are concerned about a student, you can also contact Student Services about any non-life-threatening issues at +44 (0)1334 46 2720. However, please be aware of the University’s confidentiality code.

If you or someone you know has experienced bullying, discrimination, abuse, assault or harassment of any sort, you can report such incidents using the University’s Report and Support tool. You can choose to report anonymously or by using your contact details so a member of staff can get in touch with you to help provide support. This tool can be used by students, members of staff, members of the public or visitors to the University.
